Communication Process: In the event of a full day/session or evening practice cancellation, an email will go out to all registered participants. We also post cancellations on our Facebook page.

Coaches will reach out if there are exceptions. 

Pre-K and Junior Rec (Saturdays): A decision on whether to cancel Saturday morning activities is made by 7:00 a.m.

CT Cup Travel Games: A decision on whether to play, cancel or move CT Cup games will be made by 10:00 a.m. or three hours prior to the game, whichever is earlier (per CT Cup rules).

All other Travel and Senior Rec Games: A decision on whether to play, cancel or move games is made as follows:

• Games scheduled to begin between 8:00 a.m. - 12:45pm: Decision is made by 7:00 a.m.
• Games scheduled to begin between 1:00 - 3:45
  p.m.: Decision is made by 11:00 a.m.
• Games scheduled to begin later than 4:00 p.m.
  (evening games): Decision is made by 2:30 p.m.

Notes:

• In the event of lightning within 10 miles, teams must evacuate the field for 30 minutes after each lightning incident. This is non-negotiable. When in doubt, play it safe and evacuate. 
• The field information indicating if a field is closed or not is for practice nights only.
